    Our Promises to You

     

    1)      We won't look down on you because you ride a bike that doesn't cost $10,000. We think all bicycles are cool. If you ride a bicycle, you will always be welcome at our shop.

     

    2)      We will service and repair any type of bicycle. If it can be repaired, we will do it for you. Some department store bicycles have parts that are non-serviceable, such as swaged hubs. But if you have a serviceable part, we will work on it. And if a part is damaged and is NOT safe to repair, we will tell you so.

     

    3)      We will provide the fastest service we can on repairs, providing we have the part in stock. If we have to order it, we can usually get what you want in one day. Then we will have it ready for you the next day. Even if we have to work late to do so.

     

    4)      You can ask us any question about cycling, or bicycles, and we will answer you to the best of our ability. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

     

    5)      We will not look down on you, or treat you poorly, because you don't race. We all have racing backgrounds, but we also have backgrounds as commuters, bike touring, deliverers, and messengers. Bicycles are used for more than just racing and fitness riding.

     

    6)      We will not overcharge for bicycles, parts, or service. We keep our overhead down, live simply, and aren't trying to gouge our customers. So, we can charge less than most shops and still make a living. We believe in people,not "stuff".

     

    7)      If we are busy in the shop, we may not answer the phone right away. But we will return all phone calls, and return them the same day.

     

    8)      If we do not carry the particular part, or line of bicycle, you are looking for, we will be a happy to direct you to another shop in town that does. We want you to be happy, and remember us next time you are looking for that special item that we do carry.

     

    9)  We promote bicycles, and cycling, as a way of life. We ride what we sell, and we ride every day. We believe that bicycles can be used by everyone as a way to commute, run errands, go shopping, and just ride for the fun of it. There is a little adventure in every bike ride, and we want to share that with the rest of the world.
